Fossickings
FOSSICKINGS
This is my new “other” Tumblelog, and if I don’t talk it up here no-one will know it exists. So please indulge me while I post a pointer to it and explain the purpose of Fossickings.
It is to explore some of my favourite links on the arts and politics (that’s the behind-the-scenes rummaging) and post some pix, clips and extracts from them.
There will be fewer but meatier entries on that one. The first ones up feature three photographers I love, and the other topics I will cover are listed on the page.
I should warn you about the lurid yellow background if you’re over 40, I suppose. I rather like it though. It’s very different from here. ;=)
The photographer is Malaysian, living in Singapore

Jude: Gorgeous.
But best seen at Luce’s place, as she has the perfect setting for it

Besides, it prevents wrinkles.
It’s good to open up and let it out.I have other reasons to scream though, and only one of them has anything to do with Stumbleupon and only one other has to do with Tumblr’s crankiest new arrivals and their resistance to change, Cloggo.
Cloggo :— I’m not really sure sure what is meant by :—-
“one other has to do with Tumblr’s crankiest new arrivals and their resistance to change, Cloggo.”
Clarifical please, am I being insulted or consulted ??
KG (Jude):
How you forget!
Note the date on that, Cloggo — December 8. It was a different world then.
You were extremely reluctant about this Tumblr lark until you’d had your arm practically twisted off, and were giving me hell about it at the time.
Now that’s a sign of a codger who’s thoroughly settled in.
What’s more, you have one of the best blogs I’ve seen on Tumblr, as I have noted here just tonight.
No-one can keep up with you!
