Kitten filter?

stumblers2tumblrs:

A semi-serious question… Does anyone have any pattern-recognition, tag recognition, or any other software that would allow me to divert all the kitten photos to a separate blog where I can appreciate them when in a kittenish mood?

I’m beginning to welcome the naked people as a respite from the feline fanaticism. And I’ve been employed by 5 cats (dogs have owners, cats have staff), mind you. Let nobody question my credentials…

I don’t even mind if the matching is a bit fuzzy (oh, lol) and catches guinea pigs, capybara, rabbits and puppies. Oh, and hedgehogs. Hmm, perhaps I’ve caught this nasty bout of curmudgeon (C1D1) that’s going around.

Thanks, Peter

What kittens, Peter? Not sure I understand the problem.

I don’t see many kittens at all in my travels in Tumblr. Or nudes, as someone else has mentioned.

I use a variety of browsing methods and my only general criticism would be that too much reminds me of teenagers’ bedroom walls.

But it is, after all, a much younger crowd that uses Tumblr.

And even so it’s much more enjoyable and interesting to me than SU, probably because it is a blogging network and not about ratings.

It feels more human and the links between pages are organic and interesting in themselves.

But what I really love is the visuals in general — excellent template design, plenty of variety and huge scope for self-expression.

Sorry if that went off on a tangent. Do tell us more about the kittens!
